VivaFreq: from a website request to a recorded next step

VivaFreq-owned system

Website inquiries are saved, sent to the person responsible and acknowledged to the visitor. Failed email deliveries can be retried.

Inspect the public example

The public form is available to inspect. Internal records and delivery controls are private. This case study describes the implementation, not a measured conversion or delivery-rate result.

The challenge

Repeated submissions must not create duplicate work. Invalid input and unavailable services need clear failure paths.

What we built

A TypeScript request handler validates input and records the inquiry, activity and notification jobs together in Cloudflare D1. Email delivery is handled separately through the Resend API.

Evidence and limits

Connecting a public form to durable storage and an email API, with explicit duplicate handling and tests for delivery failures.

Input validation and consent checks

Matching repeat submissions return a duplicate response

Inquiry and notification jobs written in one database batch

Tests for escaped email content and retryable API responses
