Fix what is getting in the way.

• Website quote or contact requests are not creating the expected email, task or customer record.
• Meeting links, reminders or calendar connections are wrong.
• Staff repeatedly copies the same information between tools.
• An existing website or app has an issue preventing people from completing a task.

• A clear description of the problem we can reproduce.
• A written scope and quote for the agreed repair.
• The implementation, with a safe way to reverse the change where feasible.
• A walkthrough of the agreed process working, including relevant failure checks.
• A short handoff explaining what changed and what your team needs to know.

If we need to investigate first, you approve that fee before we start. We then quote any repair separately. When the cause is already clear, we can quote the repair directly.

A full redesign, platform replacement, unrelated problems, new features, unlimited revisions and ongoing support are separate work. Third-party fees require your approval. We do not guarantee sales, search rankings or another provider’s availability.

You provide authorized access, useful examples and a person who can confirm the result works as agreed. Payment terms, ownership and any defect-correction period are stated in the written agreement.
