Information you provide

When you use an inquiry form, the scheduling calendar, or website chat, LeadConnector processes the contact details, messages, and scheduling information you submit so VivaFreq can respond. Do not include passwords, private customer records, or other sensitive business information. VivaFreq does not sell personal information.

Website measurement

Basic website analytics record page views, offer and booking intent, and whether embedded inquiry or calendar tools load. These events do not include the names, email addresses, or phone numbers entered into those tools. This notice will be updated before any advertising or cross-site tracking technology is introduced.

Measurement also records campaign labels and referring website domains. We keep aggregate counts, not an individual visitor ID. Internal testing can be marked separately using a preference stored on the tester's device. Opening a form or calendar is not counted as a completed inquiry or booking.
