PLAN 03
Manage Quotes and New Jobs
Quote reminders, new-customer forms and staff task lists.
Quotes go quiet and new-job administration piles up.
Includes Keep Following Up, plus
- One existing Facebook lead form. Three sources total feed the same inquiry sequence.
- Two quote reminders within fourteen days after staff mark a quote sent. Stop on reply, acceptance, decline or pause.
- One welcome message after staff mark the customer ready.
- One new-customer form with up to eight basic questions, plus one reminder.
- Up to five tasks assigned to one staff owner. Creating and tracking tasks does not include performing them.
What stays with your team
Staff handle replies, record the relevant statuses and do the assigned work. Automation does not decide whether a quote is accepted or a job is complete.

Who marks quotes sent, records the outcome and gets new customers ready?
Extra charges
Phone, SMS, email, registration and usage charges are extra. We agree them before launch.
Shared limits and handover
- One business, location, language, process and calendar.
- One communication channel per step: email or SMS, not both.
- Your staff handle replies, keep triggering statuses current and carry out assigned tasks.
- Setup includes launch tests, forty-five minutes of training, a written quick-start guide and one consolidated minor wording or timing revision.
- Monthly care includes checks, communication, investigation and minor fixes within the total time allowance. It is not unlimited support or 24/7 coverage.
Not included
No new website or app, custom APIs, migration cleanup, advertising, lead guarantees, AI receptionist, cold outreach, payments, contracts or accounting integrations. A hosted staff workspace is not a bespoke customer portal.
Planning status: billing start, cancellation and exit terms are not finalized. The separate 30-day setup-defect window is proposed, not an agreed warranty. Scope, tool compatibility, consent and commercial terms must be confirmed before a customer offer or launch.
