PLAN 02

Keep Following Up

Missed-call texts, rebooking invitations and review requests.

Missed calls and appointments need a clearer next step.

Includes Reply to New Inquiries, plus

  • One supported business phone number. The form and phone are two sources total.
  • One missed-call text per contact per 24 hours. It replaces the acknowledgment for that entry path; it does not add a second acknowledgment.
  • The same two inquiry follow-ups, not a separate sequence for each source.
  • One rebooking invitation after staff mark an appointment missed.
  • One review request after staff mark a job complete.

What stays with your team

Staff handle replies, record the relevant statuses and do the assigned work. Automation does not decide whether a quote is accepted or a job is complete.

Which business number receives calls, and who records missed appointments and completed jobs?

Extra charges

Phone, SMS, email, registration and usage charges are extra. We agree them before launch.

Shared limits and handover

  • One business, location, language, process and calendar.
  • One communication channel per step: email or SMS, not both.
  • Your staff handle replies, keep triggering statuses current and carry out assigned tasks.
  • Setup includes launch tests, forty-five minutes of training, a written quick-start guide and one consolidated minor wording or timing revision.
  • Monthly care includes checks, communication, investigation and minor fixes within the total time allowance. It is not unlimited support or 24/7 coverage.

Not included

No new website or app, custom APIs, migration cleanup, advertising, lead guarantees, AI receptionist, cold outreach, payments, contracts or accounting integrations. A hosted staff workspace is not a bespoke customer portal.

Planning status: billing start, cancellation and exit terms are not finalized. The separate 30-day setup-defect window is proposed, not an agreed warranty. Scope, tool compatibility, consent and commercial terms must be confirmed before a customer offer or launch.
